How soon will my order be shipped? In-Stock, Ships Now is just that!...most items ships the next business day after you place your order. All orders should arrive within 5-10 business days. Certain items such as park benches and tables are in stock, but preparation and shipment may take longer than other items. If we have a problem fulfilling your order for any reason, we will attempt to contact you by phone and we will also send you an email.

What is our Standard Return Policy? If, for some reason, you would like to return an item you have purchased from us, you MUST contact our customer service department within 3 business days of receipt of the product for return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping to In-Stock, Ships Now. Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain ALL original materials included with shipment. A restock fee will apply, and is dependent on the product and manufacturer. Our Customer Service Department will calculate the restock fee when you call for authorization. Once we receive your returned product, examine and determine it qualifies for a return, you will be credited for the total fee paid for the product, minus the restock fee. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
